Crispy Taco Chickpeas

Can we all just be in agreement that Mexican is the best type of food?

Ok great, now that we have that settled lets TACO bout these Crispy Chickpeas! They are honestly a great addition to any salad when seasoned appropriately and are perfect for providing that crunchy texture when you are trying to avoid chips or a taco shell!

Crispy Taco Chickpeas

-1 can Organic Chickpeas drained and rinsed and dried⁣⁣ -Coat the chickpeas with avocado oil and salt. -Roast them at 400 for about 25 -30 minutes tossing them occasionally ⁣⁣ -Take out of the oven and coat with your favorite taco seasoning* and nutritional yeast!⁣⁣


*Side Note- There are a lot of taco seasonings out there that contain all kinds of filler ingredients, I personally love the brand Primal Palate for my seasoning but you can also make a homemade one or simply look into one that clearly lists every ingredient and doesn't have "Natural Flavors" added to it.
